The Xavier Agriculture Extension Service as a Filipino Catholic and a Jesuit institution pursues the development and integration of marginal communities within a society where social justice prevail.

OUR MISSION

Through an integrated approach and self-reliant program of extension, Xavier Agriculture Extension Service commits to the holistic formation of men and women rural leaders and communities who will promote sustainable agriculture and more equitable distribution of resources.

OUR GOALS

In line with the above vision and mission, Xavier Agriculture Extension Service seeks to:

1. enhance the formation of basic people-centered economic structures in the rural communities;
2. work and ensure that women actively participate in rural development processes;
3. raise the level of socio-cultural consciousness of the peasantry;
4. work for the economic upliftment of poor farmers and municipal fisherfolks; and
5. promote sustainable agriculture and the preservation and regeneration of the environment.
